2. To maintain the balance & integrity of the directory, BIZiKAT.com reserves the rights to delete or edit posts & users.
3. To list your company/website, it should be Philippine based or has Filipino connection.
4. You MUST have a website. (Still no website? Contact WMN)
5. We try to personally monitor all listings but still, BIZiKAT.com accepts no responsibility for the content posted by its users. As with the use of any directory or classified ads, user discretion is advised.
6. BIZiKAT.com provides free service to Philippine businesses. Any disputes that may arise, users shall indemnify & hold harmless BIZiKAT.com against any claims, demands, damages, proceedings, liabilities and the likes.
7. We manually approve each any every submission that comes in. There are some companies or websites that we don't allow inside BIZiKAT.com. Samples are: Illegal drugs & paraphernalia, gambling sites, pornographic sites, hate sites, anything prohibited by law, etc.
8. Real address and contact information should be posted. (We do occasional verification of listed sites.)
9. Website/Company logo is required.
10. You may choose to list your company/website without user registration. Only, you will not be able to edit your listing in the future.
